LG Electronics announces curved smartphone display for November launch

Last month, a Samsung executive "Samsung's First Smartphone With Curved Screen To Be Introduced In October" that the company would be introducing the first smartphone to sport a curved display in October. Not to be outdone, its Korean rival, LG Electronics, which also "dabbles" in displays, much as Samsung does, announced on Monday that it has started production of its own curved display, destined for a smartphone in November, Reuters reported.
