Twitter introduces link-shortening feature

Today Twitter has announced something "Automatic link Shorting service on Twitter.com" after long time Twitter get there Attention because many Twitter users have problem from past with 140 letter Tweet with URL Link, But Now its done by Auto Service Called "Automatic Link Shorting".

How does it work?
"Just paste a link of any length into the Tweet box on Twitter.com. After you’ve composed your Tweet and you hit the “Tweet” button, we’ll shorten the link so that it only takes up 19 characters,"  said the company blog. See how work in Images:

After 13 characters of a URL are entered, a message appears to let you know that the link will be shortened.


YouTube URL has been assigned a t.co link ID, but the link will appear as a shortened version of the original URL


Whenever you post a link in one of your Tweets, it will automatically be shortened. See for yourself!

As for the users who want analytics for their links?
"You can continue to use your favorite third-party link shortening services," says the company.
