6. Re-activate your phone by dialling *228 and then selecting 1.

- After downloading the file, copy it to your SD card
- Use Bootstrap to enter recovery mode
- Create a backup
- Install the firmware using recovery mode
- Select install zip from sdcard
- Choose zip from sdcard
- Navigate to teamblackhat folder
- Select the file you downloaded
6. Re-activate your phone by dialling *228 and then selecting 1.
Your Droid 2 should now be running Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread
If your phone keeps booting, enter recovery mode again and Wipe data.
- Hold down X and the power button.
- When you see the triangle hold down both volume buttons
- Select wipe data/factory reset – press power button to select
- Reboot system
